Day 4

thursday, june 10

Today we will take Daisy on a road trip to a few locations of your choice.  I would suggest we make stops at USU and any other location where you may go over the course of the next month.

At USU we will practice the door opening process using the wall-mounted door opener.  We should also look for any other doors where Daisy will be expected to open or keep open.

We will also go over the following:

Documents:

  1. Microchip ID Systems

  2. Wormed Information

  3. Shot record: puppy shots

  4. Rabies Vaccination Certificate

  5. Original Specialized Care letter

  6. Federal Guidelines Regarding Service Dogs

  7. Las Tables Animal Hospital Documents

Monthly:

  • Tri-Heart Plus: One tablet each month until finished. Can be reordered, see your local veterinarian.

  • NexGard: One tablet each month until finished. Can be reordered, see your local veterinarian.
